PerformancePeaks

Unlock your peak performance with science-backed exercise timing.

Most people believe morning is the best time to exercise — but science says otherwise.

Origin of the idea

During a conversation with my supervisor, I expressed my belief that the best time for exercise is in the morning. However, through a concept called the circadian rhythm, I realise the best time of day to exercise is from 3 pm to 5 pm. Then I researched the topics, and found that there is a misconception that most people believe the best time to exercise is in the morning. So my project is aiming to eliminate this erroneous conventional wisdom by providing optimal exercise services to the public

Vision

To build a healthier, more informed, data-driven community for people who exercise. Create clear goals in physical activities aligning the body's natural rhythm. Enhancing mental and physical health by unleashing the peak performance.

Mission

To help people who exercise to enhance their athletic performance, and well-being to optimal level by raising awareness about the best time of the day to exercise, using evidence-based data-analysis(circadian rhythm)
